As you well know, Stopping Smoking is one of the hardest habits to break. It’s so deeply embedded into the subconscious mind that we don’t even realize we’ve lit another cigarette, until we start coughing!
This service is designed to give you insight into why you smoke, and the effects it has had on your body, mind and spirit. The key is that YOU must want to quit smoking for YOU – not your doctor, spouse, family, or society! The subconscious mind will sabotage your efforts if you are quitting smoking for anyone but YOU!
I have designed the Stop Smoking Hypnosis sessions to create within the subconscious mind a totally new way of thinking about smoking and how you feel about yourself. We will work together to achieve your goal of becoming and remaining a non-smoker for the rest of your life.
Now is the time to stop smoking. Now is the time to feel healthier. Now is the time to be a Non-Smoker. The subconscious mind will change a behavior in twenty-one days. A MP3 tape will be emailed to you following your initial appointment. You will need to set time aside to listen to the tape daily. A minimum of one follow-up appointment is recommended. If you are willing to commit twenty-one days to change, this service is for you.
The initial appointment in person, phone or Skype is 90 minutes. Follow-up/after care appointments are 60 minutes.
